Appeared for Commonwealth Bank of Australia / Aussie Home Loans, instructed by Clayton Utz, in relation to the Consumer Lending hearings, including the Case Study into CBA-owned Aussie Home Loans and mortgage broker misconduct (March 2018).
Also instructed by Hall & Wilcox for EISS Super, trustee of the Energy Industry Superannuation Scheme, in relation to the Superannuation hearings (September 2018).
The Commissioner, the Honourable Kenneth Madison Hayne AC QC, submitted his final report to the Governor-General on 1 February 2019.
The final report was tabled in Parliament on 4 February 2019.
